birthday, wedding, etc. Fill in the form below, and then hit the
"submit" button at the bottom. We'll enter your selections in
the master list at our store. Whenever any of your friends or
relatives comes by our store, they can look at your preferences
as a guide to their buying. If you want to add more items to your
registry later, just come back to this form and fill in your new
selections.
